Bryan Brockington, Esq.

Bryan Brockington is a seasoned trial attorney with more than 20 years of litigation experience representing injured victims throughout New York. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo Law School, where he was an active member of the Prisoner’s Task Force, the Admissions Committee, and Student Council.

Bryan is admitted to practice law in New York State as well as in all four (4) Federal district courts of New York – Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western, giving him the ability to fight for clients in any jurisdiction across the state.

Before dedicating his practice exclusively to personal injury, Bryan worked on both sides of injury cases, including years in the insurance industry as a claims manager and adjuster. This insider background gives him a unique advantage: he understands exactly how insurance companies evaluate risk, what drives their settlement decisions, and how to maximize compensation for his clients.

Throughout his career, Bryan has successfully litigated hundreds of cases, from personal injury and catastrophic injury claims to complex discrimination, contract, and landlord-tenant disputes.
