Anthony Lategano, Esq. is the Managing Attorney of the Workers’ Compensation Department at Grigor Law, where he oversees the firm’s workers’ compensation practice and advocates for injured workers throughout New York State. Mr. Lategano brings a strong background in workers’ compensation litigation, claims management, and defense strategy, giving him unique insight into how insurance carriers evaluate and defend workplace injury claims.

Prior to joining GRIGOR LAW GROUP, Mr. Lategano practiced workers’ compensation defense on behalf of employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and self-insured entities throughout New York. He also served as in-house counsel for an insurance company, where he managed all aspects of workers’ compensation matters, including litigation strategy, witness preparation, depositions, hearings, and appeals.

Attorney  Lategano is a cum laude graduate of the Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he earned academic honors including Dean’s List recognition, the CALI Award for Academic Excellence in Evidence, and designation as a Pro Bono Scholar. He earned his undergraduate degree from University at Albany.
