Scott A. Kutcher, Esq.

 

Scott A. Kutcher, Esq. is the Managing Attorney of Intake & Client Relations at GRIGOR LAW GROUP, where he oversees the firm’s new-client intake process and helps ensure that every potential case receives prompt, thorough attorney review from the moment a client first contacts the firm.
Mr. Kutcher brings more than a decade of legal experience to the firm. He began his legal career with Mallilo & Grossman in 2012, where he developed extensive experience representing injured New Yorkers and evaluating personal injury claims.

Mr. Kutcher earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 2012. While attending law school, he worked for Hon. Richard Buchter of the Queens County Supreme Court, assisting with legal research and the preparation of judicial opinions while gaining first hand exposure to courtroom proceedings and trial practice.
Prior to law school, Mr. Kutcher graduated from Florida State University, where he studied Criminology and Political Science. He also worked in real estate investment, including the acquisition, renovation, and sale of distressed properties.

At GRIGOR LAW GROUP, Mr. Kutcher leads the firm’s intake and client-relations operations with a simple objective: make sure every potential client is heard, every case is quickly and carefully evaluated, and no opportunity to help an injured New Yorker is overlooked. He works closely with the firm’s attorneys and intake team to identify and investigate significant cases, address complex liability issues, and provide prospective clients with direct attorney involvement from the very beginning!
