Cynthia Attard, Esq. is the Managing Trial Attorney at GRIGOR LAW, where she oversees complex personal injury litigation and leads the firm’s trial division. With more than 20 years of litigation experience, Ms. Attard has built a reputation as a relentless advocate for injured victims throughout New York, handling serious motor vehicle accidents, premises liability matters, catastrophic injury cases, and high-exposure litigation in both State and Federal courts.

Before joining GRIGOR LAW GROUP, Ms. Attard held leadership and trial attorney positions at prominent New York litigation firms, where she managed substantial caseloads and prepared cases for trial against major insurance carriers and corporate defendants. Her trial-focused approach and attention to detail have helped secure significant results for injured clients while positioning cases for maximum value.

Attorney Attard earned her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law and previously served as a police officer in Nassau County, New York. Her combined law enforcement and litigation background provides her with extensive experience analyzing accident investigations, witness testimony, and evidentiary issues central to complex injury litigation.
